The Gary Sinise Foundation, American Airlines, and The National World War II Museum are delighted to host Rosies from across the United States for this unique all Rosie Soaring Valor trip!

Dates: March 20, 2025 - March 22, 2025

Where: New Orleans, Louisiana

Why: To convey the thanks of a grateful nation for the service and sacrifices our Rosie the Rivieters made on the Homefront during World War II.

Application Deadline: Monday, March 4, 2025 at 12:00 CST

A Rosie's application is not complete until their accompanying Guardian completes their application as well.

Please note, a submitted appliation does not guarantee a spot on this Soaring Valor trip.

Unfortunately, there are a limited numbers spots available, and they will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Once the Rosie and Guardian's applications are submitted, reviewed, and verified by the Soaring Valor team, you will be contacted with either follow up questions, a trip confirmation, or your waitlist status.

If your Rosie is waitlisted, please don't worry! This is not the only time this year they can attend a Soaring Valor trip - we have four more group trips this year! We will reach out with more information regarding those trips if they are on the waitlist and space does not open for the trip this March.

The purpose of this form is to provide Gary Sinise foundation, The National WWII Museum, and American Airlines (together, the “sponsors” and referred to as “we” or “us”) and/or emergency medical technicians information about the Rosie, should an emergency arise, and flight arrangements need to be made. Waiver and Assignment of Publicity Rights

I understand that my participation in the Soaring Valor program will be photographed, videotaped and otherwise memorialized and documented by the Sponsors (Gary Sinise Foundation, The National WWII Museum, and American Airlines).

For good and valuable consideration, including the opportunity to participate in the Soaring Valor program, I authorize the photographing and/or videotaping (“Recordings”) of me, and the right to use, publish, broadcast, reproduce, transmit, license, exhibit, disseminate and distribute (“Use”) my name, biographical information, image, likeness, and voice (collectively, “Likeness”) in such Recordings and for all marketing and promotional purposes in any and all formats now known or hereinafter created (collectively, the Materials”), by the Sponsors and the right to edit or alter such Materials and to Use such Materials (including my Likeness) in any and all media now known or hereinafter created in perpetuity, worldwide, without further consent from or royalty, payment or other compensation to me other than the consideration set out herein.

I hereby irrevocably transfer and assign to the Sponsors my entire right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the Materials and all copyrights in the Materials arising in any jurisdiction throughout the world, including the right to register and sue to enforce such copyrights against infringers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby irrevocably waive all legal and equitable rights relating to all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, and expenses in any jurisdiction throughout the world (collectively, “Claims”) arising directly or indirectly from the Sponsors’ (including their officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders/members, licensees, successors and assigns) exercise of their rights set our herein and covenant not to make or bring any such Claim against any Sponsor, and forever release and discharge the Sponsors from liability under such Claims.
